Website information

Terms

These website terms provide preliminary information and do not replace a written client agreement.

General information only

This website gives general information about possible technical services. It is not legal advice, compliance advice, a security certification or a professional services agreement.

Preliminary enquiries

Website enquiries, waitlist registrations and discussions are preliminary only. A client engagement begins only when Productionise confirms availability and both parties agree to the applicable scope, fees, terms and commencement arrangements in writing.

Separate project agreements

Audits and projects require separately agreed scope, access, pricing, responsibilities, intellectual-property terms and commercial conditions.

Prototype limitations

Technical inspection determines what can responsibly be retained. Productionise does not guarantee every prototype, component or line of prototype code can be kept or moved directly into production.

Security limitations

Practical safeguards reduce risk, but no application, platform or service can be guaranteed completely secure, defect-free or continuously available.

Third-party services and licences

Infrastructure, payment, email, AI, analytics, open-source and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms, licences, locations and availability. Tool names do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Intellectual property

Bespoke deliverables, pre-existing Productionise materials, third-party components and prototype-platform constraints must be addressed in the signed project agreement. Website statements do not determine final ownership.

Pricing

Published prices are indicative starting points unless formally quoted. Timing and cost depend on technical findings, requirements, dependencies and agreed scope.

Governing terms

Any signed client agreement and agreed project terms take precedence over general website information.
