Website information

Privacy

This page explains how information submitted through the Productionise website is handled. It is not legal advice or a representation of independent legal approval.

Website enquiry data

When you send the contact form, Productionise collects the name, email, optional phone number, company or project, selected service, message, prototype details, hosting preferences, account-access answers, integration information and any data concerns you submit. This information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry.

Do not submit credentials or client data

Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, customer data, sensitive personal information or confidential source code through the public form. Secure project access must be arranged separately.

Hosting and service providers

The public website and enquiry endpoint use Azure Static Web Apps. Enquiry emails are delivered using Resend. Resend states that account data, including email metadata, logs and API records, is stored in the United States and it uses international subprocessors. Email delivery to the recipient may involve additional mail providers.

Form protection

The form uses server-side validation, an invisible honeypot, submission timing checks and rate limiting. A privacy-safe one-way representation of the network address may be held temporarily in function memory for rate limiting; the form code does not intentionally log complete messages or contact details.

Analytics

Productionise uses Google Analytics 4 on the canonical production website to measure aggregate site usage and selected enquiry-path interactions. Submitted contact details, form answers and message contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Google may process analytics data internationally. Browser privacy controls, content-blocking tools and Google opt-out choices can limit or prevent measurement. Advertising signals, Google Ads, remarketing, session recording, heatmaps and behavioural replay are not enabled.

Client-project data

Access to client repositories, infrastructure and project information is governed by separate agreements, scoped access arrangements and project documentation—not this website notice alone.

Regional hosting

Project applications may be designed with primary data in a selected region, including an Australian region where supported. Actual location depends on architecture, provider capabilities, integrations and possible international subprocessors; regional hosting is not a promise that information can never leave that region.

Contact and retention

Enquiries are retained in the receiving mailbox and in provider operational records according to the configured mailbox and provider retention settings. A monitored privacy contact, final retention period, deletion process, and access or correction process must be confirmed before commercial launch.
